Hello, friends. In the Facebook app, am I the only one having trouble finding the upcoming birthday section under More, Events? Does anyone know where the upcoming birthday section is now? I'm not able to logon to the main Facebook site now because of my new job, so I rely on the iPhone app to wish friends happy birthday. However, that appears to be missing. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I just tried this on my device. You shouldn't have to click on upcoming birthdays, at least I don't think you should. Make sure you have the latest version of Facebook.
If you go to events, keep swiping until you hear upcoming birthdays. Go past that, and you should see your friend's birthdays for that day. From there, you can click on them and write on their pages. You have to click on each indiviual page, which is annoying but you can do it.
There's another way you could do this, but I don't recommend it. You can go to your notifications, click on the notification for that day's birthday(s(, but ever sense subsequent Facebook updates, that's gotten to be more of a pain in the you-know-where. Plus, sometimes, you will not get a notification for that day's birthday(s(, until say an hour or prior or a few minutes to midnight! So, that's why I usually don't recommend that way, but I'm telling you because that's 1 way to do it.
But I think as long as you do not click on the upcoming birthdays button, you should be fine. I checked the app store to see if Facebook pushed out an update, and unless I just haven't gotten it yet, they have not pushed another version out. I'll keep an eye out though.

I have gone to my events tab, but from there I find no mention of upcoming birthdays. Instead I see tabs like calendar, explore, and my events, or something like that. Anyway, I find no birthday buttons at all and this has been since the past update. I thought it might be fixed with the newest one, but so far, no luck. Thanks for the advice, though, and I will play around with it when I'm not at work.
