When I give presentations, I use Voiceover to read the text of the presentation. For informal settings, I don’t mind using standard earbuds, but for larger or more formal presentations, I would rather not have the visual distraction of a cord running from my ear to the phone. I’m looking for a discreet Bluetooth earpiece to solve this problem.
When I say discreet, I mean the earpiece fits entirely in the ear. You would not easily be able to see it when looking at a person straight on.
I have come across devices that were exactly what I was looking for in terms of size; however, the ones I’ve tried do not work well with Voiceover. It’s not that Voiceover doesn’t work, the problem I’ve found with both the ones I’ve tried is that when flicking through text, in an email for example, if you pause for a few seconds before flicking right, the first few words of the next line are not spoken by Voiceover. This is a problem when presenting, as I’m having to constantly flick back and forth to hear the entire line.
The two earpieces I’ve tried are:
I still have both of these earpieces, so if there is some way to fix the Voiceover problem I’m running into, I would welcome suggestions. I’m using an iPhone 6, and I have not tried them on any other devices.
I’m also more than willing to buy another earpiece if it is both discreet and works well with Voiceover. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Moto Hint
I think the Moto Hint would be perfect for this.
Thanks for the suggestion
The Moto Hint is a little expensive, but I found a used one on Amazon. I'm willing to pay a premium if I can get a product that does what I need it to do. My only concern with the Moto is that I'll run into the same issues with Voiceover that I've had with the other two. I'll give it a shot and report back on my findings.
