Some Accessibility Issues
In general, I really like the app. However, the Up and Down Words, Crosswords, and Lingouno puzzles are tricky to inaccessible. The answer choices in the music theory quiz are not read by VO, but I don't know if this interface is consistent across all quizzes. In general, the curios, word of the day, and Science Friday podcasts and intros are accessible, as is the interface for the introductory material for setup. I have a free month trial, so will play with it some more.
Agree with Accessibility Issues
I have found the puzzles (as listed above) to be difficult to figure out. I went so far as to write out the crossword puzzle for the day in a 15 x 15 grid (since VO does read positions of numbers within the grid), but still was unable to surmise which numbers corresponded with which words, or which squares were blank and which were not. I wrote to the developer about it and they were willing to have a look at an accessible puzzle app, but I am not familiar with an accessible crossword app to provide as an example. Any ideas?
I am not able to read the exercises during the lessons with VoiceOver. The way to get around this is to skip the exercises, though it defeats the purpose if you're supposed to be learning.
I enjoy the content, though, and have been intrigued by the curios.
