Paypal website and voiceover

Hello folks,
Is anyone here having trouble navigating the Paypal account page? I can login without problem but after that I don't seem to be able to activate any links on the account page. I am told that after Turning off voiceover everthing works as expected.
I have not used Paypal in a while so I'm not sure if this is an iOS 10 problem or if Paypal have changed their page but I have had no problems in the past.
I also have the Paypal app installed which works ok but seems a little limited as it does not seem to provide the capability to manage automatic recurring payments.
If anyone here can confirm this issue I will contact Paypal to report a problem.
Thanks in advance.

I believe that poster meant to say "their mobile app". So, basically, confirming your experience. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the website was accessible but very tedious with VoiceOver on iOS. I always attempt to navigate such complex websites only and ever using a desktop browser.

As described in the original post i have the Paypal app installed but it only performs a subset of the functions available on the Paypal website. I have used the website before with older versions of iOS and found it to be accessible.

Odd, I can do everything, withdraw and send money, bring money back to my bank and from it, that's about all I used the website for, that's it really.¬ The rest of the stuff I take care of on mac os and the links are very much clickable there.

I just signed into my account using both an iPhone and an iPad both running the current version of iOS. I did not have any problems navigating the website using voice over. Setting up automatic payments, or as was my case changing the amount of an automatic transfer using balance manager, I found to be nearly impossible to accomplish about a month ago. I was scouring the web for troubleshooting advice how to accomplish this. All the directions were very straightforward but I was not finding what they said I would find on the paypal site. I finally stumbled across an actual link offered up by someone and by tapping on that by some miracle I found myself signed in to my balance manager and able to make the change. I'm sorry to go on and on I'm just saying good luck figuring that one out

Thank you Betsy. I guess it must be me! I just tried it again without success. Curiously, I seem to be able to navigate most other sites without a problem.

I'm using an iPhone SE with iOS 10.3

Thank you Betsy. I first noticed the problem using iOS 10.2.1 so I installed 10.3 and got exactly the same result. The last time I successfully used Paypal I was using iOS 9.3.5. I have got around my current problem using my Windows 7 desktop.
I still feel that I should be able to use my iPhone to accomplish this relatively simple task.

Just for fun today I tried the Paypal site on my old iPhone with iOS 9.3.5 and could navigate all links without any problem. Then i tried the Paypal site on my current iPhone using iOS 10.3 and could not navigate any linksT at all.
This is sure starting to look like an iOS problem to me.
