Hi, I was wondering if someone can help me on this. The shadow wireless works great with my iPhone 7. however, their's 1 problem: when I type on the on screen keyboard with VoiceOver, it continuously beeps. in order to stop it, I had to dictate into the phone. Has anyone else experienced this problem on other bluetooth earphones? what are your experiences?

Try the following steps:
1. Disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth headphones.
2. Restart both your Bluetooth headphones and iPhone 7.
3. Open any app with a text field and type anything on the on screen keyboard.
4. Make sure that you are not pressing any buttons on the headphones when typing on the keyboard.
5. Restart voiceover.
Hope this helps and good luck!

To the previous poster, tried it and it still beeps whenever I enter text. now what? I'm guessing it’s a shadoe related issue, not apple. I would call apple support and see, but on the other hand, would cause me to perform the same steps, as the previous poster suggested. If anyone has tried the apple AirPods, no repeated beeps when typing text into the on-screen keyboard using voiceover? let me know.

Hello,

Was the phone setup as new or was all your data transferred from your old device to the new?

When I got my 7, the provider transferred all my data from old to new using a PC. When I started using the new phone, I had BT issues along with other stuff. My watch would not connect normally and my BT hearing aids were very noisy. I connecgted the 7 to my Mac and performed a factory restore and set it up as new. Ssince then, I haven’t had any issues. In my case, I suspect there was an error of some ssort with the transfer of the old data.

HTH and good luck.
