Marvin, I noticed while listening to your podcast that you were able to access channels 1-199 on your iPhone. Am curious as to how you were able to do so as the channel listing on my iPad starts at channel. 200. Thank you - great podcast.

I too can access channels 1 thru 199. Go into the guide, select the filter channels by button, i think and filter them by channel number. Change the date and time option to channel number also, if i've got it right. I don't know, as it's a quick thing i do when going into the guide.
If u r in the app and go to the guide tab then select brows for tv it will show you the complete guide. If u brows for Iphone or what ever device it will only show you what you can stream live. Hope this helps.
