Hi all,
I'm writing a paper for class on the innovation of technology. My goal is to show that ever since the first iPhone came out in 2007 the mainstream media and people wanting to know the next best thing have stifled any companies chances of innovating ever again. I'd like to get some feedback regarding this issue. With the new iPad mini do you think Apple innovated at all? if so, how? If you already own an iPad 2 how do you feel that the iPad mini has the same resolution screen? If you were waiting to upgrade to an iPad 3, like myself how do you feel about Apple's decision to kick the iPad 3rd gen. out the door? Are you mad at this decision or are you ok with buying a smaller device? What are your thoughts on tech blogs that are dedicated to rumors from any company? Do you feel that these sites are necessary? if so, why or why not? As rumor mills churn and people spread rumors do you think this companies like Apple, Microsoft, Google, Humanware, GW Micro, HIMS-inc. etc. are more reluctant to innovate and just make products evolutionary not revolutionary? Why or why not? How does the decisions companies make about innovation effect your buying decision? if at all. In your opinion what could be done to help companies innovate more? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Don't just stick to Apple and IOS expand beyond that towards AT companies as well.
Thanks,
Aaron Linson
