Swift Playgrounds: Unable to drag code as instructed

In the early lesson on finding and fixing issues the instructions say to drag the lines of code to put them in the correct order. Has anyone found a way to successfully do it with VoiceOver?
I know this topic is a month old, but when I went through the lessons, I simply used cut and paste to move the lines of code around, and I got credit for the lesson.
Now, there were a couple of lessons for which I never managed to get credited with a "proper" solution, even though I know I did what was asked, but maybe not using the precise method of inserting code they were looking for. I forget where I ran into that issue, since it has been some time now since I went through the lessons, but I do remember it happening.
By the way, I never could get the hang of using Swift Playgrounds on the touch screen. It was a lot easier to get through the lessons with a hardware keyboard.
