Moving an app out of a folder into another

Hi, I don't know how you can move an app that's in a folder out of that folder into another. When I open the folder, I find the app I'd like to move, click arrange apps, and move the app in question. When you then hit the home button to get out of the folder to move it to another, it takes you out of edit mode. Is there anyway to do this using Voiceover? Thanks.

Instead of the home button, use the two finger scrub. I think there's an option you can also flick up or down too, but the scrub is a little easier to me.

If you hit the home button, it takes you out of edit mode.

Here's another way to do it. If you touch the app, double tap & hold & drag. Hope this helps!

Naw, the doubble tap and drag worked in the past for me before iOS 10, now i just do the arrange app option in the rotor. Remember once you hit arrange apps, then you have to hit move and then find the folder ya want to drop the app into. Hit add to that folder and ya should be good to go!
HTH and good luck
