Hi. I just got the new iPhone 5 2 days ago. My primiam voice for Samantha is not working. The compact voice is but I don't really like it. I restored the phone 3 times before I got it to work, but is this a bug?
You probably already figured this out, but the iPhone needs to be plugged into AC power and be connected to wifi before the HQ voices will download, and the use compact voice option needs to be turned off in the voiceover settings. Sometimes it takes the voices longer to download than others, so if it happens again just be patient and the hq voice will work eventually.

I have this problem with my iPod Touch 4G updated to IOS 6 recently. I mean after having the device updated, the premium/compact option in the VoiceOver settings is gone and I have just the chance to use the compact voice which I don't prefer. Can you guide me through this issue? Also, I like to change the premium voice of US English to UK. How can I do this?
