I have been an avid user of Vorail, for the last three or four days when I launch it I get a button labeled next. When I double tap on it nothing happens. I have a cited friend who was able to see the screen, the button is labeled more. It caused a promotional video to play for Burrell. But that's as far as it went. Does anyone have any additional information? Tried posting to the Facebook page for Rall, but no answer yet.

Hi there. You need to turn on iCloud drive for Vorail to get its data. That's why you can't access the app at the moment. Doing this will identify you, which is why you don't need a user name or anything like that, and you can login with multiple devices. Vorail puts a file in your iCloud drive, and when the app finds this file, it knows who you are. I hope this works for you
