Hi I am looking at getting an accessible thermostat and obviously it will need to have the accessible app with it. I have been advised by our gas company which is British Gas that the hive app is accessible with voice-over on iOS. Anyone have experience using this how accessible is it? Alternatively , is there any other thermostats and apps that are better and will work fully with voice-over with the iPhone.

Yes, it's accessible
Hive is fully accessible apart from one tiny area which I've been meaning to write to them about. You can do all the major things including setting up and editing schedules. The only area that needs attention was in setting up schedules within 'Recepies'. Recipies can be things like getting a motion sensor to turn on a light. They are mostly accessible too, but setting up a scheduled time for it to work, for instance in the hours of darkness, is not accessible. Everything else works fine albeit some areas need getting used to until you figure out how the app behaves.
