creating ringtones doesn't work

Hi.
I'm trying to create my own ringtones.
but I can't finns anything in Itunes. no playlists and anything like that.
I've read a guide on how to create ringtones using goldwave on applevis.com
can you help me?

Hello? do you can to tel what's the proces that you do in order to create ringtone?
What i doong: i edit the ringtoe and save as M4r format and after that i sinking with in iTunes.
