Is it possible to mute VoiceOver on the Apple Watch Series 2? I love all of the information that my Apple Watch gives me, but I do not want it to talk all the time. Because of this, I usually leave VoiceOver turned off, which, of course, causes me to be unable to use Taptic Time. I've looked, but have not found a way to mute VoiceOver. Perhaps I am just missing the method? If anyone is aware of how to mute VoiceOver on the Apple Watch or knows if it's even possible, please let me know. Thanks!

Volume
Hi,
My first thought for your needs would be to simply turn the volume all the way down.
On the Clockface, do a two finger double tap and hold, wait for the signal and then, without removing your fingers from the screen, slide downwards until volume is off.
It's the same in reverse to raise the volume.

I don't have a watch,
Hi. I don't have a watch, so this may be ineffective. Would a three finger double tap work? I know the watch face screen is small, so i'm not sure if that gesture is even supported. If it isn't, an email to accessbility might be a good idea. Anyway if this does work, great and if not, sorry I got your hopes up.
no, there is no way to do this
no, there is no way to mute speech of VoiceOver.
RE: Muting Speech on Aple Watch
Hi. I've emamiled Apple about muting speech on the watch without having to go through the cumbersome procedure of the double tap and hold and then having to move the two fingers up or down. I'm glad I'm not the only person who would prefer to use taptics most of the time and have speech come when it's called and then go away without putting up a fight. By all means, give Apple a suggestion about this. I can't do it all by myself.
