Do you use the Item Chooser and if so, how?

I accidentally launched the Item Chooser on my iPhone earlier. It reminded me that I never use it and I started to wonder if anyone else uses it. So, if you use the Item Chooser, what do you use it for? JT

I don't use it often, but it comes in handy when you have a web page or document open that has a lot on it and you need to find a specific item. I have not had occasion to use it in iOS 6 yet, but in 5 it had a bug where sometimes it would come up with all the items but then it would refresh and report no items at all. I do hope they have fixed that.
