Lately, I have been looking for games, but there Is so much information here, but I wanted to simplify it. My question is, does anyone have any suggestions for games that work with voiceover that is much like The Sims free play?

A lot of games
There are a lot of games, try going to the iOS app directory and surf through the games category and see what you like.
Try these
The 2 games that I find to be most like a Sims game are Lords and Knights and Celtic Tribes both are building type games and are from the same company. These games do have a level of combat and PVP in them however. There is also Invisible Dragons which is growing different types of dragons and building up your resources. The last game is Nano Empire this is more of a battle type game but you do build your own world in a way. I hope this helped.
