Can someone tell me how I find out the formatting of text in a Pages document without going through the formatting menu?

Hi JT, Here are two ways to check formatting in Pages and other applications. I imagine there are other options too, but these are the ones I use. I'm using 10.8.2 but I think these are available in Lion too. 1. VO+T is a system-wide VO command to report the formatting of the current character. 2. In VO Utility / Verbosity / Text, You can set VO to "Speak attributes when attributes change." If you don't want this to apply system-wide, I suppose you could easily create a VO Activity to associate this behavior with Pages only. HTH, Bryan
