Looking for an app that can send messages in the event that the phone is stolen

I'm looking for an app that can capture the phone number of any SIM that is inserted in my phone in the event that is stolen, the captured number will then be sent to my other devices. Also location, time and date are included in the message.
Due to Apple's super strict sandbox requirements this is not possible - the only thing apps can do in regards to texting is open the messages app and give you a prepopulated message that you then need to press send on. If your phone is jailbroken, there are tweaks to do this (I remember reading about one on iDownloadblog recently though there is currently no iOS `10 jailbreak available.
