I reset App Store. Open App Store. Hold down power button until it tells you tap to turn off. Instead of doing that hold down home button until it brings you back to home screen. You might want to try Tammy. Then try updates again.
Your Internet connection may be prohibbiting the apps from updating properly. If you don't have your device connected to Wi-Fi, try connecting it and updating again.

I'm not having any issue on iPhone but the App Store is regularly crashing when I open it on my iPad. I have to turn VoiceOver off too open it. Anyone else having this problem.
