Some changes I would like in the iOS Control Center

I was just wondering. why don't they put a switch to toggle cellular data on and off like they do with Wi-Fi and others in the control center? It was just a thought.
That's how Apple made the control center in iOS 10. The settings are on one page and the music controls are on the second page. If you want a way to customize the control center, you can send a feature request to Apple using the feedback assistant app if you are testing iOS 10.2 Beta 3. Remember back in iOS6 how from the Notification bar, there used to be a Tweet button that in Spanish said Publicar en Twitter? What about those times when in noisy environments it's not worthwhile totweet with Siri? Why don't they pu in the Control Center, some sort of a Tweet button like there used tobe in iOS6? How I miss this feature! t e e
Yes I really need Apple to add it. So we won't waste or data or let it run it on the background

Hey not sure if I understand the request fully, but if you want cellular data off, airplane mode is still there. Of course that shuts off more than just data, so not sure if that's what you meant.
short of take out your sim card, or change your access point setting so you can no longer connect to the cell network, turning of call data won't save you any data. even when you turn it off, your phone will still use cell data for certain task. if you don't believe me, do your own experiment.
this is actually good in terms of security and conserving battery. keep the wifi radio on perpetually or on and off frequently use more energy, the cellular radio is always on anyway. if you turn notification and all system services off, you may not use any cell data, but then you don't need a smart phone.
it uses about 20KB a day, ok, let's say 100KB, so it uses about 2.4 MB a month, what difference does it make?

you could just turn airplane mode on, then just turn on what you need, be it bluetooth, wi-fi, ETC.
Airplane mode may turn off everything at once, but then you can choose what you want to switch onn.
The only thing you can't have on is cell conectivity.
