Problems with Audio Description on Netflix

I am having trouble getting audio description on my 4th gen apple tv with Netflix. I have turned audio description on in the settings of the apple tv. I am a bit confused as I can get audio description when playing Netflix off of my Iphone 7 it just starts but when I watch exactly the same thing on the Apple tv the audio description does not start. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Hi there! I've had trouble getting audio description to stay activated on my apple tv fourth generation, but here are a couple of suggestions. On your apple tv, sign out of your Netflix account and then sign back in. that *sometimes* fixes things. Also, when a show is playing, swipe down on the touch pad to get the menu. swipe right to audio, and then make sure that English AD is the selected soundtrack. You might be stuck checking that setting for every show you watch, although logging out and back in again is supposed to fix the problem; this latest update seems to be very inconsistent. I have not been able to get the audio description to work at all on Netflix on my new Apple TV. It worked fine on the old version, but the new one just doesn't seem to work at all. Perhaps I'll try logging in and logging out again.
