Question on using the infovox ivox voices on mac

Hi all, so i'm thinking of installing infovox on my mac, and trying out some of the voices. This is probably a stupid question, but will installing some of the infovox ivox voices damage my mac, or cause something to malfunction, or is it safe? Thanks

I have four voices and they're great. No problems whatsoever. It's great for multilingual users too.

I don't see how any damage would be possible, given the nature of the voices. Personally I have several and love them, particularly the German and Swedish voices that far surpass anything Nuance currently offer. They even work fine on Sierra.

I have one more question. Honestly, I don't understand when it comes to buying credits, because it is one credit were $15, or how does thae pricing work? I mean, each voice cost one credit, but how much does a credit cost? In the website it says that one credit cost $15, but is this the case, or is it 99 sents per credit?
