iOS and iPadOS
I want to create websites and webpages on my iPhone, what utilities and tools should I use? Does anyone have any preference. Free is of course preferable, but I will drop some money on it if need be. Thank you
Once you have the text edited for your web site, I would recommend FTP Manager for dealing with the files on your server. I use this all the time on my iPhone for managing the Eyes On Success web site (www.EyesOnSuccess.net) when I'm on the road and don't have access to a desktop computer.
Or if you'd prefer a CMS approach, the accessibility of the Wordpress app was fairly good last time I used it (which, admittedly was a while ago). Free app though, so you'll not lose anything by giving it a look.
I have not created any web sites from scratch using this program, but I do manage material on my web site when traveling and I don't have access to a computer.
The current version has a problem with VoiceOver not speaking the selected items in a directory, but you can get around this just by being careful. The developer indicated to me that he will fix the problem (after I brought it to his attention). A rminder from another user couldn't hurt!
Anyway, the program is called FTP Manager. I've been using it for years. You can use it as a file manager for your FTP web site and also edit files.

I'd suggest either Textastic
I'd suggest either Textastic or Coda.
Both of them are paid apps, but they've got a lot of features and the accessibility is good.
