Is there an app that will convert speech to text that can be read on a Braille Display?

Hi all.
Just wondering if there are any apps that will allow someone to speak in to them and the text of what they say will be readable via a braille display for someone who is deafblind?
Yes this would be useful to lots of us who cannot hear well.
Siri does this a little, and dictation is available on many apps.
Maybe we can dictate notes? I haven't tried it yet.
