I updated to IOS 10.02 last week and have had some issues. So, yesterday I backed up my phone and did a factory restore on it. Once it had been wiped, i then restored the previous backup to it but since then, i can only get the siri female UK voice in the standard form. Any clues?

I have seen this as well as to when i did a restore of my Ipod Touch 6th gen the enhanced voices aren't there according to apple accessibility they are working on getting the voices back they said that it may be device specific but not sure on that one.
Siri Enhanced disappearing
I too have noticed this, and I also have to occasionally re-download the enhanced Samantha voice. Apple Accessibility had told me that they were investigating this issue, and did not know when there would be a fix.
