Greetings all,
Has anyone encountered this on Sierra? I configured VoiceOver not to announce item order and that was fine on El Capitan. Now in Sierra VO announces the order of Dock items no matter what I do to stop this. This is only for the dock items and it's on my two macs.

Try restarting both of your Macs and see if the issue still happens. Also, restart VoiceOver if necessary. If this is a VoiceOver issue, I encourage you to send an email to Apple Accessibility.
