Well I tell you, I don't wish this to any one. When I went to sleep every thing was fine and when I woke up, no nothing that I had just one ear, I went down 12 steps down and I was told I was pretty blue!!! big smile, but true.
And I have been told by the specialiste that we have a kind of inside ear like a optic nerv, and a kind of infection attacked the organ and that was it. does any one has a opinion about the best not sure of what I am asking, I do put all my apple divise on mono, but does it matter when you are stock to listen the music in mono, does it still matter to have something super good quality? not to brag, I am not rich, but my partner have a good job, and I have stop working at about 50, must ghave around 15 to 20 thousand dollars of music and films from itune, I am happy with the head set that come with all the divises I have but maybe someone has the same problem then me and could give me a opinion because, I sware it is true, I am 60 year old and I never knew this, head set are like under pents, you can not try them, I was laughing crazy when the person at the store told me this using the same words that I have written, everything I got is super good and of course, it is a matter of opinion but with the head set, you can not try them and if you come back to the store and say, they work fine but I don't like the sound, I don't think that they will take them back and of course I hesited to purchase a 200 dollars set without knowing if it is worth it with one esar only? it is a bizzare question, but it can b3e very expensive and no chance around here to try before purchasing, thank you.
I may as well ask what is the best case from apple to protect the latest touch gebn six I think? thank you.

I can't offer any headsets that are specifically good for your situation.

One thing i can bring your attention to is the mono setting. In the Accessibility section, you can turn it from stereo to mono so that all the audio comes out the one speaker you are listening to.

Hello,

The previous post is correct. Try that setting and see if the sound quality improves for you.

A good headset to a blind person is like a good video display to a sighted person. And in both cases, the best headset or display will vary from one person to another. It’s odd how the stores in your area will not allow you to try them out before you buy or provide you with a refund if they don’t work out. You might want to check out Amazon or other online stores that will allow you to return them. Better yet, perhaps you can tell your partner it’s time to go on a vacation to a large city nearby so you can try out headsets and look for cases.

Good luck.
