widgets failing to stay showing information

Hi,
I installed the batteries widget so I could monitor the charge of my iPhone 7's battery case, my iPhone, and Apple Watch. I'm noticing however that although the headings show after looking at any widgets on the today view of notification center, if you dismiss it, and then go back to the today view again by bringing the notification center back and swiping to see them, the widget headings show, but no information shows on the widgets. The only way I've fount to get them back is by hitting edit, and then done. It shows only once though, and the cycle repeats.

Is this a known bug, and is there any way I can prevent this from happening?

This seams to be an issue with voiceover not treating focus correctly if swiping left and right between pages with three fingers. Can anyone report this to accessibility like I will? It seems the only work around is to either use the lock screen's view of widgets, or use the one finger swipe between pages with the page selector. If you do the three finger swipe, voiceover doesn't seem to focus correctly in the different pages in notification center.

I have seen this, and I've got something you can try. in notification centre, instead of using the three fingered page voiceover gesture to get to the widgets, try going to the page thing at the bottom of the screen and getting to them that way, it seems to help.

I also don't tend to see this as much when I look at them from the spotlight screen.

I'm not actually sure if this is a VO bug or not, to be honest.
