are there any VoiceOver friendly apps for cleaning cash and junk files from iOs?

hey guys! I am looking for an app that can clean the unusable files and data from the iOs apps. I wish there was such an option build into iOs but anyway. hope I can get some recommendations on such apps. thanks in advance!

I use memory and disk scanner pro to delete all of the junk files on my iPad.

Yes. I use that as well. You have to do a lot of explore by touch to find a lot of the buttons etc, but it works.
