I recently bought the Body Cardio Smart Scales from Withings, and was required to use this app to setup the scales.
Sadly, I have to report that this app remains almost completely inaccessible with VoiceOver.
Although some content and data are read by VoiceOver, there is clearly much that is not. What is read is quite incoherent in places, being swamped by unlabelled elements and buttons which aren’t actually buttons.
Essentially, it’s impossible to gather any meaningful or complete data from the app.
Fortunately, the main measurements recorded by the scales are accessible through the native Health app, so they weren’t a complete waste of money.
