Is there an iOS app that will scan a product barcode and then provide access to things such as cooking directions?

If you haven't visited www.directionsforme.org, it's a website that let's you scan barcodes and directions for the product/meal you scanned are read out to you. does anyone know of an app that makes it possible to do this on the iPhone?
Digit Eyes doesn't, as far as I know, use the Directions For Me database, but it does give ingredient and cooking instructions for almost everything I have successfully recognized. Further, it's rare to find something it doesn't recognize.

You have to buy the UPC in app purchase to get that feature.
does this app work with directions for me?
So I've heard of this app, but will it read cooking instructions?
