night owl and accessible twitter clients?

Is night owl still the most accessible twitter client for OS10? If so, is there a way to know what area of the client you're switching to when using control tab? Right now I have no idea what buffer I'm in (home, search, etc)

Twitter's own Mac client is actually very accessible now too. I really like it. The only irritation is that when on your timeline, VoiceOver regularly interrupts when new tweets come in. But I was told Nightowl does this too.

twitter is good in terms of it being accesssible. However i noticed something. when using it, follwers could not dm me. yet when I switched to night owl, they could. Very weird.

One way you can see which tab you have selected is with the Describe Window command (VO+F2). When in the Mentions tab, for example, VoiceOver will say something like: "Mentions (remixman) window". Similar behavior with direct messages, favorites, and custom tabs. Note that the main tab (i.e. the tab containing all of your tweets) is simply called "timeline."

Twitter for Mac, as mentioned by several people already, is very accessible and might be worth a look. I still use NightOwl, mostly because I just haven't had a chance to use Twitter for Mac for anything serious. I can confirm that it does work well, from my limited use of it.

Hope this helps.
