I am having trouble entering my password in the iTunes Store. I can enter it in other places, but not the iTunes and App store unless I use the onscreen keyboard. That's why I am wondrering how to turn the onscreen keyboard off and on using a Focus 14 blue display. I did do a network reset.

What's it doing?
When you say you're having trouble, what do you mean? Is it not entering what it should enter? Is it not typing at all? What steps are you taking, exactly? I'm asking because I enter my password with my Braille display in the App Store all the time and it works just fine.

I used to be able to enter my password on the iTunes and App stores. I can enter it everywhere else except that. It won't type at all. I wonder if I should re enter the braille display.

Is the Braille display not typing at all? Or are the results simply not showing up in the password field? Did you do a dots 4-5 chord to translate your results before you selected the sign in button?

the results are not showing up in the Password field. Sometimes, though, it will not type. This only happens in the Ap and iTunes store.
