Hello,
I am having an issue with the latest facebook update. Whenever I do a search for either a page or a friend voiceover will only say add friend request, like page. It is not telling me who the friend or page is. As I keep swiping it just says add friend request button, add friend request button, like page button, like page button. Is anyone else having this issue? The weird thing is under the people you may know, this behavior is not happening. Thanks.

I'm having the same issue.
Work Around
I've noticed this for the last few versions of Facebook. Its frustrating. However, I noticed that once you've typed in your search and hit the search button which takes you to the search answers page you mention, if at this point you hit the back button at the top left then scroll down the answers to your search query appear in an expected accessible way. I can only presume its a list of previous search answers but it'll do as a work around until the bug is fixed. HTH.

It seems that voiceover do
It seems that voiceover do anything. A friend tested the search when I have voiceover turned off and it worked.
Double-tap and hold
Subject says it! For me it works fine to double-tap and hold to activate the search field.
