Issues Using Nicecast to Broadcast for a Radio Station

Hi guys.
I am working for a radio station and I am using nice cast to broadcast my shows to the server.
Right now, I am using Itunes to play music and other audio and use the nice cast voice over plugin to send my microphone audio. However, I am having difficulties making this to work properly. When I am speaking to the mike, the music goes down very fast and comes up in a way that I don't like it at all.
If you are using nice cast to do this, any tips or help will be very much appreciated.
If there is another way I will be very interested to know about it
Thank you very much.

I use a combonation of NiceCast and Radilogik. Radiologik in particular solves the NiceCast VoiceOver plugin problems.

Agreed. Radio lojic dj works nicely. The voiceover effect nice cast has sucks. I use it in combination wiht itunes and I'm all good to go.

Hi there.
I am trying this application and I find it very hard to understand its user interface.
Are you aware of any pod cast or other tutorial demonstrating this program?
Thanks.

I keep forgetting how to make one but install the itunes scripts found in the program and you should be good to go. Simply set up the key strokes as desired and from there the program really sings.
