Hi, guys!
So, now that my Braille Sense was sent off to be fixed, I thought it'd be useful to begin using Braille screen input as a way of typing text faster. While I've really gotten the hand of the screen away mode, I can't seem to understand how to use table-top mode. I have an iPhone 6 plus, and I've heard it's easier to type in table-top with a bigger screen. Is there something I'm missing? How exactly do you have to position your fingers?
Thanks in advance!!

I haven't had any luck
I just lock mine to away mode and use it that way. I have never had any luck with Tabletop mode in this or in MBraille.
The layout is like a flat V,
The layout is like a flat V, or to put it in another context, open a pair of scissors as wide as possible.
When rotating the phone, make sure the final bit of rotation is away from you.
Think of it like unwinding paper out of a perkins brailler, cause if you do it towards you, the dots will be reversed.
It took me a while to get tabletop mode to work properly, now it's all I use.
I always recalibrate the keyboard, just to make sure I'm hitting the right keys, and hardly have any problems.
I also prefer to use it in uncontracted braille, cause it helps me remember correct spelling, plus I've heard people have had issues with it.
Figured it out!!! :D
Oh my gosh, I think I've actually figured out how to use it!! The home button has to be to the right! Oh gosh, I'm so excited. lol
Table top mode for iPads
My hands are a wee bit too big to use table top mode on a phone, even one the size of my 6S Plus. However, I absolutely love it on my iPad. Sounds like you already figured out that the home button has to be to the right, at least at first. If you want to change this you can, by rotating the device *after* you've turned on Braille screen input.
