hello, I will sell my iPhone 5c, and i have the original box to it. are there any blind-friendly tips, for example how to re-pack it, put the charger, so it all lays flatly, and can be closed? thanks for help.

I just restored it to factory settings, cleaned it and posted an ad on the internet. I placed in in the box with the charger adapter, but the charger cables (I had two of them), and the cases and all extra accesories I put them in a plastic bag. Remember to log out iCloud and choose restore to factory settings

how did you managed to put the charger in the box? I cant find a place to fit it in. the phone then rises too high, and the box cant be closed with the lid, than.

The charger will fit in one of the slots in the box. the phone fits in the biggest flap and the charger fits under the paperwork and stuff that came with the phone. if I recall correctly. I didn't sell mine with the cables as I didn't have them. Still though remember to remove your device from icloud. This is easier on mac as the website is a bit more friendly there.

Take your phone to an Apple store. Tell them that you are going to give the phone to someone and that you want the phone completely removed of any indication that you may have used it. They will do this for you quite willingly. They will reset the iPhone and remove any files that were stored on the phone as a result of your previous use of the device.

I just logged in to icloud.com and clicked on my device. Then chose remove. Don't bother taking it to an apple store just yet as you might need to schedule an appointment to have this done, plus they need your itunes password to remove the device(s) from icloud. Here is more info from an apple KB article.

Go to settings and icloud and choose sign out or log out, and follow the prompts to erase all data. If you did right after a few min you will be presented with the region selection screen. Turn it off when you reach that point.
