How to change order of spoken feedback with VO on Mac

Hello.
I'm not sure I'm asking my question the right way, but I was wondering how to change the order of spoken feedback that VO announces. For example, when navigating on IOS, VO says the contents of the heading, and then heading level 1 etc. How do I change this on Mac so VO announces the heading contents, and then heading level?

Although, this would be great, and extremely useful. I don't know of a way of doing this in VoiceOver utilities.
Maybe, it has to be requested as a feature request?
