podcasts for adding e-mail to an iPhone?

Hi All,

Are there any podcasts that go through step by step how to set up and use e-mail on an IOS device?

In case it matters I have a road runner and a gmail address, and I probably would only want to get my road runner mail through the phone for now but I eventually would probably want to add my gmail account later on.

This is a tutorial on the standard Mail app. It is lesson 9 on this page.

Remember though that there are several mail apps, and one may work better than the others for your particular needs.

In my opinion though, the standard mail app is very easy to use and thus does not really need a tutorial.

I'm new to the iPhone only having gotten my first one in November last year, so if the native mail app is the easiest one to use that's the one I'll use but I still need to listen to a podcast or something else that explains how to use the app, and if possible whatever I get I'd rather it be free.

Hey Troy,
No need to go pay $40 for something like this man. I'll record exactly what you need as soon as the sun comes up tomorrow.
In the meantime it's a fairly simple process once you know what to look for. If you go to settings, then in to Mail, Contacts, and Calendars you'll see an option to ad a new account. Just click that, then click Gmail, and it will have you enter your email account and password then you're pretty much ready to rock.
Like I said though, I'll record something for you tomorrow and send it your way.
Welcome to the iPhone man! If you need anything else just holler!

Hey man,
I just sent you a message with a Dropbox link to download an MP3 file showing how to add new mail accounts. Holler if you have any other questions or need help with anything.

I haven't downloaded the file yet, but thanks Mike for doing that for me. It's greatly appreciated.
