Hi all. I'm considering getting an iPhone six S plus tomorrow, if I can get it without putting it on my phone bill for the next century. I'm looking for a case, well built, not otterbox, and if there's a belt clip, I'd like to be able to use it, but it's not a bulky feel if I need to put the case in my pocket. If my jeans have a pocket large enough. I want a slim design, great protection, ease of use to put in and take the phone out. Also, I want a stirdy clip on my waist, I don't want the phone to slide up and out as my last case did. If I bumped it right, the phone slid upwards and most off. Please give me ideas. I looked at the eP cases, to expensive, but I'm wary of spending five bucks on Amazon either. Thanks all.

Hello,

Wow. You’re really going to upgrade? LOL Seriously, if you don’t mind waiting for a few more months, why not get the 7?

I was a long time Oterbox defender user. The protection was great but the case was bulky and felt rubbery. Now I have a Pelican Voyager. Same protection as an Otterbox but without the bulk or rubbery feel. Like the Oterbox, the belt clip is part of the cover. It also works as a kickstand. The screen protector that is included has some tackiness to it so when you swipe, your finger tips may get uncomfortable. To fix this, call Pelican and they’ll send you a smoother, non tackiness cover. If you really want to get a good screen protector, get bodyguardz.

HTH and good luck.

I'm probably in the minority of blind iPhone users, but I seriously like those cases that secure the phone so that there is a magnet that you have to slide to get access to the phone. I like it because if I were to drop it, the phone would stay secure (assuming that the case was closed).

Congratulations on the acquisition of your new iPhone.

I used Life proof cases for a long time. only down fall, they are a bit bulky.

Hi david. Thanks for the really upgrading comment? lol you'll pay for that ;) Seriously, I thought of waiting but the battery is almost gone on this device, and charging it every night, sometimes twice a day because it goes twenty, fifteen, dead, really is starting ot bug me. I haven't had coffee yet, so hope i don't sound half asleep lol. Anyway I'm absolutely not getting the otterbox case, I don't liek the bulky feeling or the rubber either. I'll keep looking. I don't even know if i'l get a screen protector. I want the gorilla glass one if I do go with it. Plus, putting on the protectors is a pain in the butt, and i'm not having my phone have a ton of air bubbles.

No kidding. lol! I got rid of my screen protector a week after I got the 6S plus because it was causing issues for me. Seriously though, I have a battery case that is apple MFI approved from a company called Nekteck, find on amazon! It has enough juice to take the 6S plus from dead to 100% and give you still a little more topping current. Also, if you use amazon prime, you can get it for $39, that was the deal I saw on amazon when I got it right after christmas, and when I checked last week, it was still $39.
I know that you don't really like bulky cases, but this thing really works well for what it is!
HTH, and good luck :)!
