Hello to all,
VoiceOver seems to be extremely slow when responding to any command. I am a braille display user, and I thought that may have something to do to do with it, but when I turn off Bluetooth, and use nothing but the screen to control it, it is the exact same thing. I've closed all of my apps, and rebooted the phone. I am using an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.2.1. The phone itself does not appear to be slow, because when I turn VoiceOver off, it works perfectly. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this as well, and if you are, is there anything that you have found that fixes the issue? There's no specific command that I know of that I've pressed to make VoiceOver do this. Any help with this is appreciated. Thank you,
Kayla

Home Button Recalibration
If you calibrate your home button sometimes for me it improves the speed of VoiceOver.
1. Open a built-in app that came with your device. An example is Calendar.
2. Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds.
3. You should see the slider for powering off your device. Don't turn it off.
4. Now, press and hold the Home button until you return to your home screen. You should now be good. If VoiceOver continues, you may need to contact Apple.

I had to turn off ad blocker
I had this problem and my solution turned out to be turning off my ad blocking app, Purify Ad Blocker, in settings under Safari. Voiceover was slow to respond everywhere, not just in Safari.
Home buston calibration
Thank you all for your help. The home button calibration seemed to work. Thank you. Tunmi, Have you had that issue since you recalibrated the home button? I wonder why VoiceOvth does that, and how and why that helps.
