I had a catastrophic hard drive failure and lost everything. The only place I had my music backed up was on my 64 GB iPod Touch. Are there any accessible Windows or Mac apps that can allow me to get my music off my iPod on to my computer? Thanks.

Apple really does not like you doing this as they explicityly say iDevices should not be used for Backup so there is no official way to do this but you can use/buy third party apps.
For example the discussion on

might be useful. If the apps are not accessibel you may need sighted help to do this one time retrieval of the files you need. Then I would immediately backup the files properly to either the Cloud or an external drive, preferably both which is what I do.

If the music is purchased from the iTunes Store, you have the option to transfer purchases from your iPod touch to your computer using iTunes.

None of it was purchased from iTunes. All of it was either on CD's or from another online store. Someone told me about Senuti for the Mac but I don't know if it is accessible. I have begun backing everything up on external drives so that I will never lose this much data again. Does anyone here know anything about Senuti?
