Hi there, Tweet List is probably the most accessible and easy-to-use Twitter app. There is a pro version (Tweet List Pro) and the developer is committed to making the app accessible.

Hi, I like the official twitter app, although the latest updates have put a button next to each tweet to view the profile, but I just swipe over it and it doesn;t bother me. The other thing I like about the official twitter iOS app is that it gives push notifications of twitter activity, unlike tweetList. You could use something like boxcar for TweetList, but in my experience, boxcar is a battery drainer.

My issue with the Twitter app is also that lists and direct messages are hard to get to. I used to be a big proponent of this app but with the adition of the second button next to every tweet it just rubbed me the wrong way.
