Hi,
There's loads of resources on appleVis. If you find the front page of this site, then look for a getting started with your first iPhone, there's links on that page that should help you in getting started. There are podcasts on here and guides that can assist you in learning how to use the iOs operating platform.
hope this helps you and good luck.

hi,
I already looked at this page you've sent. its not what I need...
I need guide for beginner with iPhone.

That link that was posted is for new iPhone users. If that's not helpful to you maybe you could share some specifics of what you're struggling with? It's a little difficult to be helpful when we don't know what you're after.

Hi there, I too have an iPhone 5S. The book that really helped me learn it is from National Braille Press. You can get this book in braille or download to read with your screen reader. The book is Called Getting Started with the iPhone... and the link is:
http://www.nbp.org/ic/nbp/process.html?subcat_id=4&heading=Adult%20Books%2d%2dComputers%20%26%20Technology&mv_nextpage=publications%2fbrowse_results&mv_todo=return&id=fAsIYpCx
The book is a step by step guide. If the link doesn't work, go to nbp.org
and search for iPhone. As the texting people say, HTH.
