voice over when ending phone calls

Has anyone else experienced the below:
When ending a phone call voice over gets stuck in the mode it is in while on the phone call. You have to make another phone call and then hang up to get it back to the normal mode? Sounds confusing I know.

What ios are you using? In 9.0 this happened a lot. I also notice it sometimes but not nearly as much with 9.2. You can also reset the springboard by pressing the power button I believe about 6times and this will fix it as well.

I have the same behaviour on my 6S on 9.2. didn't know about the workarounds, thanks.

Plugging in and then unplugging headphones will also fix this.

Ive had this problem a lot since IOS 9. I wrote apple about it. No response. Maybe more people should write them?
