Accessibility Comments

Certain portions of the application are accessible. However, when browsing an  article, VoiceOver cannot read the text portions of the article in question and only reads aloud the headings and menus. Besides this, the main functionality of the application with VoiceOver works fine. But obviously the text of the articles is most important.

There are no issues with Zoom.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads a few page elements.

Button Labeling

All buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

Some parts of the app are accessible with VoiceOver, but not enough to make it usable.

Other Comments

The navigation of the application is perfectly fine. Just reading the content of the Encyclopedia isn't accessible.

I noticed that this app directory entry is almost 4 years out of date and decided to try the most recent version of the app. Sadly, the most recent version (2.0) released this year has the same issues as the version given in this app directory entry.
