Evernote alternatives

Does anyone know of an accessible alternative to Evernote? I noticed that the document field is not very accessible and am looking for an app in which I can create note books for different classes. I saw an app called notebooks in the app directory, but it was posted several years ago and it is a paid app.

If your referring to Evernote on IOS, I would call it absolutely inaccessible as your unable to get passed the sign in screen or do anything at all for that matter. I would also suggest Apple's notes or Microsoft's 1note. Additionally, I've found drafts very useful. Hope this helps.

I use OneNote for MAC. I haven't figured out how to create notes in the IOS version though. The one for Windows is not usable though.

I just downloaded OneNote, but I also can't figure out how to write notes. I haven't experimented much with the notes app since IOS has been updated but I will try that.

I use notesy. I can create notes from with in dropbox from the terminal on the mac before I leave, then just sync before class and I'm good to go.

I use the Notes app provided by Apple. I find that it does the job in terms of letting me organize my notes into different folders. For me, That's all I need at the moment.
