Editing/deleting videos on youtube using the youtube app

Is there a way to delete and edit videos on the Youtube app? I've seen the Youtube help page, but can't find what it says to do. I have the Youtube app from Google.

1. select the account tab
2. select my videos
3. select the "overflow" menu--more options
4. select the delete or edit
