I am wondering the same thing. I want to purchase the new apple tv but I don't want to get it unless there is a great amount of new accessible games and apps for it. My apple tv 3 works fine but I want to see what everyone else has to say about the new one.
THETA Poker Pro is indeed VoiceOver enhanced. I spent the better part of two months before the holidays completely redoing how the Siri remote was handled, but it was worth the effort. Unlike the iOS version with its double taps and multi-finger gestures, using THETA Poker Pro on the Apple TV is almost identical whether you have VoiceOver turned on or off.
Since THETA Poker Pro is a universal purchase (one purchase gets you the app on all of your Apple TV, iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch devices), you can even buy it through its App Store link, then easily find it on your Apple TV in the Purchased section of the App Store app.
Your suggestions have already greatly improved the iOS version; I heartily welcome more ideas for the tvOS version.

Re: Theta Poker
Thanks for the shout out, Oliver.
