Hello,
I used to be able to quickly access my favourite contacts which were placed on the top of the app switcher screen.
With iOS 9 they are not there any more. I can call anyone I like using Siri when I have good signal strength, but if I have a poor data connection or Siri isnt working I want to be able to get to favourite contacts like my family quickly using just voiceover gestures.
Does anyone know how I can do this?

You can still find your most relevant Contacts, and much more, by using IOS 9's new Spotlight Search.
From your Home Screen, complete a three finger swipe from left to right across the screen to bring up the Spotlight Search.
This new feature has a host of Contacts, Apps, Suggestions and News that SIRI predicts that you may want.
